If you have Online Banking, you can update this information by signing in and selecting "My Profile" from the menu to update your address, phone number and email.
How do I stop a payment on a check?
You can request a stop payment through Online Banking by selecting the "Account Services" tab, or by contacting a Helm Support Representative at +1 (305) 329-7330, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST).

Is there a daily dollar limit when using my ATM or Debit Card?
Yes, your ATM and Debit Card has a daily purchase and withdrawal limit. These limits can be found in the Account Agreement and Terms & Conditions Brochure or by contacting a Helm Support Representative at +1 (305) 329-7330, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST).
How do I report a lost or stolen Credit, ATM or Debit Card?
If your card is lost or stolen, immediately call us so we can help protect you from unauthorized transactions. We will cancel your current card and issue a replacement.
